Diwali glow portrait

Use my uploaded photo. Create a warm, cinematic portrait of the same person (keep the face exactly the same) sitting on a balcony at night during Diwali, wearing an elegant festive outfit in deep maroon and gold. Surround them with glowing clay diyas and soft string lights, a colourful rangoli on the floor, bokeh fireworks in the sky. Golden-hour skin tones, 85mm lens look, shallow depth of field, 4:5 ratio.
